Lords of the Chronicles (the “App”) is operated by Dawn Strider Artificial Intelligence (“we,” “us,” “our”), PO Box 363, Lexington, SC 29071. Contact: cernstew@proton.me.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; accounts identified as belonging to a child under 13 will be terminated.

New accounts may require Steward approval before activation. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

The App is an interactive fantasy storytelling experience in the world of Cernia. Text, images, and video are generated by artificial intelligence in response to player prompts. Output is fictional, may be inaccurate, and should not be treated as advice of any kind.

• New accounts receive a limited free quota. Continued use requires purchased tokens or an active subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
• Tokens are a limited license to use the App; they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire while your account is active.
• All sales are final. No refunds, except where required by applicable law.

You retain no ownership in AI-generated output. By submitting prompts, character details, or other input, you grant Dawn Strider Artificial Intelligence a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to store, display, reproduce, adapt, and use the resulting chronicle text, images, and video for operating, improving, and promoting the App.

You will not:

• Attempt to bypass content filters or generate sexual, exploitative, hateful, or illegal material;
• Impersonate others, harass players, or misuse another user’s account;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App’s operation;
• Use the App to generate content depicting real, identifiable minors, non-consensual acts, or real-world violence toward identifiable persons.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

Chronicle text, images, and video are stored permanently as part of the shared world of Cernia and cannot be deleted on request. Inactive accounts and their associated personal data are deleted after three (3) years of inactivity. See the Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawn Strider Artificial Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $20 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
